Join HopeHealth this December to Celebrate World AIDS Day
A red ribbon has become the symbol of solidarity and awareness around the cause. HopeHealth invites you to join millions around the world this December and 'Put a Ribbon On It.'
HopeHealth has been dedicated to the support of those living with HIV/AIDS since our founding in 1991. Our patients come to us for health care, medication assistance, behavioral health counseling, nutritional counseling and medical case management services. Often, these needs exist even when patients lack adequate means to pay for services.
HopeHealth organizes awareness events throughout the year to increase the dialogue about HIV and AIDS, decrease stigma, and provide support to individuals living with the disease. Many of these events are held on or near World AIDS Day. This year’s events include:

An estimated 35 million people around the world are living with HIV.
World AIDS Day has been celebrated on December 1st since 1998. The World Health Organization created the day to bring attention to the worldwide HIV epidemic.
